Shinō Academy

Shinōreijutsuin (精神的な芸術アカデミー, Spiritual Arts Academy), sometimes called the Shinigami Academy, is an institute located in Seireitei that trains future Shinigami for each of the three military arms of Soul Society.

Addition to large lecture theatures, there is also a Training hall where Kendo and Zanjutsu skills are taught and a Kidō Training Feild to practice Kidō spells.
